PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of a microneedle is provided to prevent damage to a mold and to make reuse of the mold possible.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of a microneedle comprises : a step of forming a metal layer on a substrate in which a tapered open pore is formed; and a step of physically separating and removing the substrate from a composite including the substrate and metal layer. The physically removed substrate is re-used in a metal layer forming step. The substrate is a flexible polymer substrate. The elongation ratio of the polymer substrate is 150-450%%.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
