PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a read-only optical information recording medium which has a suitable reflectivity as a reflection film of an optical information recording medium (for example, BD-ROM), is excellent in reproduction stability, and has an extremely durable reflection film. SOLUTION : For the read-only optical information recording medium having the reflection film, the reflection film includes Si and/or Ge by 5 to 40% (if not otherwise specified, percentage means atom% of components, hereinafter the same in the following), and consists of aluminum based alloy including high-melting-point metal element and/or rare earth element (preferably one or more elements selected from a group of Ti, Fe, and Mn) by 0.7 to 5%.
