SOLUTION : An a permanent magnet 2, a ferrite magnet is used which has a basic composition represented as (A1-xRx)On[(Fe1-yMy)2O3] (atomic ratio) (A is Sr and/or Ba, R is at least one kind of rare earth element containing Y, and M is at least one kind selected from a group of Co, Mn, Ni, and Zn), 0.01<=x<=0.4, [x/(2.6n)]<=y<=[x/(1.6n)], and 5<=n<=6 and substantially has a magnet plumbite type crystal structure.
