Procedure for the production of phosphates and/or phosphate compounds, preferably alkaline-earth phosphates, alkaline-earth silicophosphates or their oxides, comprises : (a) heat treating bones and/or fish bones of oxygen under reducing conditions at 500-1100[deg] C, thus develops other high-energy gases/steams and carbon; and (b) after burning of carbon developed in step (a) under oxidizing conditions, developing an inorganic remainder from alkaline-earth carbonates and alkaline-earth oxides as well as for alkaline-earth phosphates.
