METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAVER SHEET AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for producing laver sheet, in which the laver sheet is transferred to transfer belts disposed on the upper and lower sides, respectively, in the process for punching the laver sheet to prevent the mutual approach of punched positions and the re-punching of the laver sheet, and to provide an apparatus for producing the same. SOLUTION : The method for producing the laver sheet is characterized by washing raw laver, spreading the laver in the sheet-like shape to form sheet-like layer, heating the sheet-like layer with a drying means in a range of 30 to 90°C, and then transferring the laver with upper and lower transfer belts in a process for transferring the laver sheet and simultaneously one-dimensionally punching the laver sheet by the two or more step operations of punching rotary rollers formed by laminating disk-like punching tools having saw teeth and arranged at a right angle to a flow direction of the laver sheet.
