Useful model relates down the food industry and can be used by the objects of agricultural enterprises. Control unit of the temperature of milk contains storage tank of milk, before it are found the heat-exchange coil, vertical ground heat exchanger, thermoelectric cooler, valve system and the control unit with the elements of automation.
Ground heat exchanger is located beyond depth 50-100 m. inside the heat exchanger it circulates the nonfreezing heat-transfer agent, for example, the solution of salt ([SaS]l2 or NaCl).
As a result heat exchange with the surface of ground occurs heating heat-transfer agent down 7-8°[S]. further the part of the heat-transfer agent it will be given beside the heat pump and energy is converted beside the heat for the heating or the hot water supply, another part of the heat-transfer agent will be given beside the thermoelectric cooler, where its temperature is reduced to the given value, which will be given beside the heat-exchange coil, where is cooled milk down the given value. The finished heat-transfer agent again will be given before the vertical ground heat exchanger and the cycle it is repeated.
Before this control unit of the temperature of milk the low-potential heat of the earth is used. Since the temperature of ground is in summer colder than the temperature of the accomodation of the adjustable object, energy of ground is used as “natural cooling” in combination with the thermoelectric cooler for cooling the milk after its milking.
Thus, this device makes it possible to support the optimum temperature of milk during the storage, which increases the periods of its storage.
