PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve a transparent conductive film using a carbon element, not using any rare metal, while conventional ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) uses rare metal indium.
SOLUTION : The transparent conductive film uses a multilayer structure of graphene pieces superposed one on another. An average size of the graphene pieces is 50 nm or less with the number of layers of 9 or less. A resistivity is 1×10-6 Ωm or less, and a transmittance to 550 nm light is 80% or more.
