A re-releasable process film which comprises a base film and, formed on one side thereof, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising : an acrylic copolymer (A) which comprises 40-80 mass% butyl acrylate units, 1-15 mass% styrene units, 1-30 mass% methyl methacrylate units, 1-30 mass% methyl acrylate units, 1-10 mass% hydroxylated vinyl monomer units, and 0.1-1 mass% carboxylated vinyl monomer units and has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 300, 000-1, 000, 000 and a molecular-weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 3.0 or lower; and an isocyanate crosslinking agent (B). In the case where this process film is applied to a base sheet as an adhered element, the process film is inhibited from fouling the base sheet upon releasing therefrom. This base sheet has sufficient adhesion to an adhesive sheet to be applied after the releasing to the exposed surface. The process film is applicable even to an adhered element which is a glass part to be exposed to a high temperature of around 260°C.
