The present invention relates to a structure cross section restoration method using a waterproof and anti-corrosive material of ceramic mortar. The method comprises : a step (S10) of performing a penetrative coating on a cracked part of a cross section to be restored by using a hardener including 30-60 parts by weight of S.B.R latex, 20-40 parts by weight of E.V.A adhesive, 5-10 parts by weight of sodium bentonite, 4-8 parts by weight of acrylic adhesive, and 10-20 parts by weight of lactate based on 100 parts by weight of distilled water; a step (S20) of forming a primer layer by coating a cross section to be restored by using the hardener; a step (S30) of forming a restoration layer on the upper part of the primer layer by using a mortar mixture mixed with the hardener and a powder main substance including 80-120 parts by weight of jade powder, 150-250 parts by weight of silica sand, 40-60 parts by weight of silicate powder, 3-10 parts by weight of a vitric material, 1-3 parts by weight of earth, 3-10 parts by weight of methylcellulose, 3-10 parts by weight of microfiber, 5-15 of steel slag, and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of pigment based on 100 parts by weight of Portland cement; and a step (S40) of forming a finishing layer by coating the upper part of the restoration layer with the hardener.
