PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a coated steel product which presents excellent anti-corrosion properties when it is used with its part embedded in concrete or ground. SOLUTION : The coated steel product is obtained by successively laminating a coating pretreatment film and at least one layer of coating film on the surface of a steel product having a galvanizing layer. The coating pretreatment film is a film having a composition different from that of the coating pretreatment film in a part of the steel product, or is lacked in a part of the steel product, and, the coating film includes a phosphoric acid based rust preventive pigment and a rust preventive pigment composed of the sulfate of an alkaline-earth metal(s).
