PURPOSE : A finishing construction method of a soil wall, and a finishing composition of the soil wall are provided to secure the environment-friendly property including the indoor air quality improvement function of soil, and to avoid using silicon or harmful chemical substances for the human body. CONSTITUTION : A finishing construction method of a soil wall using an environment-friendly water repellent comprises the following steps : soaking beans for 12~24 hours by mixing 50~80wt% of beans with 20~50wt% of water, and crushing the soaked beans to extract soymilk; mixing 30~80wt% of soymilk with 20~70wt% of vegetable oil, to form the water repellent; and coating the environment-friendly water repellent to the surface of soil.
