The nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum layer for a turbine blade, comprises cobalt (10-82 wt.%), chromium (10-35 wt.%), aluminum (8-14 wt.%), and optionally silicon (0-2 wt.%), rhenium (0.3-5 wt.%), tantalum (0-8 wt.%) and residual nickel as alloy components. An aluminum oxide layer is disposed on the nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum layer and is formed in a microporous manner. The microporosity is produced in the self-forming aluminum oxide layer by heat treatment and/or oxidation. A ceramic heat insulation layer is disposed on the nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum layer.
