PURPOSE : A re-crystallization method of sarpogrelate hydrochloride is provided to simply and economically produce a polymorphous compound of the sarpogrelate hydrochloride, useful for using pharmaceutically. CONSTITUTION : A re-crystallization method of sarpogrelate hydrochloride comprises the following steps : suspending crude crystals of the sarpogrelate hydrochloride to a mixed solution formed with 90~95wt% of acetone and 5~10wt% of methanol; re-crystallizing the suspension by stirring for 30 minutes~3 hours in 40~56deg C; and cooling the stirred mixture into 5~10 deg C, aging for 30~90 minutes, and obtaining a polymorphous compound by filtering.
