PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem wherein although Indium-Tin-Oxide (ITO) is used most in a conductive sheet, Indium is the rare metal whereto a resource exhausting problem becomes serious most, and the problem of its flexibility being poor is present also, and further, since Carbon nano-tubes of the substituted technique of Indium are self-associated, they are dispersed in a polymer with very difficulty. SOLUTION : The problem is solved by using a transparent conductive polymer material wherein Cobalt nano-wires are dispersed in a transparent polymer solution uniformly by the extent of their concentration having a conductivity.
