PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bonded magnet which is manufactured by compression molding and heat curing and which has heat resistance, durability, and weatherability under high temperature environment, in particular. SOLUTION : There is provided a rare earth bonded magnet constituted by compressing molding and heat curing a compound containing rare earth magnet powder, thermosetting resin binder, an organophosphorus compound, and a coupling agent.
