PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing an R-Fe-B-based rare earth sintered magnet that can sufficiently reduce variance in mass and defects in outward appearance (fracture, chip, crack, etc.). SOLUTION : The method of manufacturing the R-Fe-B-based rare earth sintered magnet includes a slurry preparing process of preparing slurry by mixing magnetic powder containing a rare earth element with higher alcohol, a molding process of forming a molding by subjecting the slurry to wet molding in a magnetic field, and a baking process of manufacturing the rare earth sintered magnet by baking the molding.
