A nanocomposite bulk magnet which is constituted of bonded powder particles of a nanocomposite magnet comprising an Nd2Fe14B-form crystal phase and an α-Fe phase and is represented by the empirical formula T100-x-y-z-n(B1-qCq)xRyTizMn. T is at least one transition metal element selected from a group consisting of Fe, Co, and Ni and essentially including Fe, and R is at least one rare-earth element substantially excluding La and Ce.
