A sintered magnet configured from a magnetic powder containing Nd2Fe14B as the main component, characterized in that : fluorine, a heavy rare earth element, oxygen and carbon are localized in some grain-boundary regions of the sintered magnetic powder; at each grain-boundary triple junction, the carbon concentration is higher than the fluorine concentration; and the heavy rare earth element concentration decreases from the grain-boundary triple junction toward the insides of the grains of the magnetic powder.
