PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new high temperature high anticorrosion coating film and a ceramics heater or the like coated with the coating film, capable of lowering a stable combustion temperature of fuel at a surface of the high temperature high anticorrosion coating film of the ceramics heater from conventional 1500°C to 1300°C, further reducing a corrosion rate, and inhibiting the corrosion for a long time. SOLUTION : This high temperature high anticorrosion coating film provided with a combustion catalyst function is composed of a double oxide layer obtained by partially substituting silicon site of a rare earth silicate layer by manganese, a multilayered coating film composed of the rare earth silicate layer and a gamma aluminate layer or a rare earth manganite layer, or a complex phase coating film composed of a rare earth silicate phase and a gamma aluminate phase or a rare earth manganite phase.
