PURPOSE : A re-liquefying apparatus for LNG/LPG evaporative gas, and a re-liquefying method using thereof are provided to use LNG evaporative gas with the ultralow temperature as a re-liquefaction refrigerant for LPG gas.CONSTITUTION : A re-liquefying apparatus for LNG/LPG evaporative gas includes an LNG re-liquefying unit, and an LPG re-liquefying unit. The LNG re-liquefying unit(110) includes an LNG evaporative gas cycle line(102). The LNG evaporative gas cycle line comprises an LNG evaporation gas compressor, an LNG liquefier(113), and an LNG separator(115). The LPG re-liquefying unit(210) includes an LPG evaporative gas cycle line(202).
