PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a stacked ceramic capacitor of which a high specific inductive capacity and insulation reliability is shown even with a dielectric layer of 2 μm or less in thickness, and satisfies X7R characteristics. ŽSOLUTION : The stacked ceramic capacitor comprises perovskite oxide (BT type crystal particle) containing Ba and Ti, a perovskite barium titanate crystal particle of which a part of A site of the BT type crystal particle is replaced with Ca (BCT type crystal particle), and a dielectric layer which contains Mg and rare earth element and in which a part of Mg and rare earth element solidificates into the BT type crystal particle and BCT type crystal particle. The dielectric layer 1 has a lamination structure consisting of a first layer 11 whose main crystal particles are BT type crystal particle 311 and BCT type crystal particle 32, and a second layer 12 whose main crystal particle is BT type crystal particle 312. The average particle size of the BT type crystal particle 311 and BCT type crystal particle 32 of the first layer 11 is larger than the average particle size of the BT type crystal particle 312 of the second layer 12.
