PURPOSE : Silicon aluminum oxynitride with the magnetism, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the magnetic property of the silicon aluminum oxynitride by inserting a rare earth element, iron, or an iron oxide.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of silicon aluminum oxynitride with the magnetism comprises the following steps : mixing one compound selected from the group consisting of silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, alumina, rare earth oxides, iron, and iron oxides with the silicon aluminum oxynitride; and sintering the mixture at the nitrogen atmosphere.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
