PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a levee-plastering machine equipped with a front processor having a levee-cutting claw for cutting earth and sand, and a levee-leveling body, limiting the splashing range of the cut earth and sand caused by the levee-cutting claw of the front processor to concentrate them in front of the levee-leveling body. SOLUTION : This front processor 7 of the levee-plastering machine 10 is equipped with the levee-cutting claw 2 rotating around an axis by receiving a power transmitted from a tractor through a transmission frame 14 linked to a supporting frame 13 connected with the rear direction of the tractor, and cutting the earth and sand presenting in front of the levee-leveling body 8 before the leveling of the levee by the levee-leveling body 8, and a claw cover body 4 for surrounding the levee-cutting claw 2 and having an opening at the one part of it. At a position facing to the opening of the claw cover body 4, a direction-regulating member 6 for regulating the splashing direction of the earth and sand cut by the levee-cutting claw 2 is linked.
