PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing glasses which radiates negative ions and far infrared rays is provided to prevent the generation of skin-disease by injection-molding a glasses-frame and glasses-legs with a raw material radiating far infrared rays.CONSTITUTION : Zirconia 20 weight%%, Rhea earth(rare earth materials) 10 weight%%, phosphorus pentoxide 5 weight%%, alumina 3 weight%%, titanium dioxide 0.5 weight%%. ferric oxide 0.5 weight%%, magnesium oxide 0.5 weight%%, calcium oxide 0.5 weight%%, and monazite powder 60 weight%% are mixed into one binder. The binder 10 weight%% and synthetic resin material 90 weight %% are mixed to prepare a mixture. The mixture is injected into an injection-molding device. An injection-molding operation is performed to form a glasses-frame and glasses-legs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
