PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide dielectric ceramics having a high relative dielectric constant and preferable temperature characteristics of the relative dielectric constant even when the crystal grains are formed into fine particles and to provide laminated electronic parts having a small reduction rate of the capacitance even when a high voltage is applied. SOLUTION : The ceramics contain perovskite barium titanate crystal grains (BCT crystal grains) with a part of the A-site substituted with Ca, perovskite barium titanate crystal grains (BT crystal grains) having no substituent Ca, and Mg and rare earth elements. At least a part of the above Mg and rare earth elements forms a solid solution in the BCT crystal grains and in the BT crystal grains. Both of the BCT crystal grains and the BT crystal grains have 0.2 to 0.8 μm average particle size and a core-shell structure with Mg and rare earth elements unevenly present in the grain surface side than in the grain center.
