PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet having a compound mode which is excellent in heat resistance and mechanical strength and has a long pot life and an excellent shelf life in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION : This rare earth bond magnet is constituted including rare earth magnet powder and binder resin. This binder resin is constituted by ring opening polymerization and curing of an oxazine ring of monomer for thermosetting resin having the oxazine ring.
