PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high tensile strength steel sheet for warm forming in which sufficient strength increasing effect can be obtained only by a warm forming stage and to provide a warm forming method therefor. SOLUTION : The high tensile strength steel whet for warm forming has a composition containing 0.02 to 0.20% C, 0.5 to 2.0% Si, 0.5 to 2.5% Mn, 0.15 to 1.2% sol.Al and =1.2(%). The steel sheet has a crystal structure consisting of a >=10 vol.% bainitic phase, and a =250 deg.C.
