PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a small-sized laminated ceramic capacitor having a high capacity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor wherein its dielectric constant is high in the range of the AC electric-field strength of 0.002-1 Vrms/μm, and it excels in the reliability comprising its capacity-temperature characteristic, its high-temperature-loaded life time, and the like, even if thinning its dielectric layers. ?SOLUTION : In each dielectric layer of the laminated ceramic capacitor, there coexist with each other the barium titanate grains, having an alkaline-earth component concentration not higher than 0.2 atom% (BMTL), wherefrom Ba is excluded. and the barium titanate grains having an alkaline-earth component concentration equal to 0.5-2.5 atom% (BMTH), wherefrom Ba is excluded. Also, each dielectric layer satisfies the relation DL/DH=1.1 to 2, when the mean grain sizes of BMTL and BMTH are represented respectively by DL and DH. Further, in the body of the laminated ceramic capacitor, its dielectric layers and its inner-electrode layers are laminated alternately. ?COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI ?
