Useful model relates down the region of development and transport of bulk materials and can find a use before the construction of different loading-unloading devices, for example, of loading bunkers, bodies of heavy duty career dump-trucks and so forth with the application of lining coatings beyond the metallic base layers of working surfaces for the prolongation of the periods of their operation and reduction in the consequences of impact action. An increase in the overhaul life due to an increase in the wear resistance of coating and reduction in the coefficient of the friction of species and coal according to the working surface is the technical result of using the useful model. Lining coating is made from plates 1, prepared based on high(ly)-wear-resistant difficultly burning rubber, and permanent magnets 4 for the connection for the sake of metallic base layer 2, prepared based on the rare-earth magnets neodymium-[ferrum]- boron of the stamp of r36[r] and pressed beside rubber. Permanent magnets are calculated at the point of the load of detachment from the metallic base layer from 14 to 60 kgf down one magnet by diameter, correspondingly, from 10 to 30 mm. the sizes of hunch plates they are determined as far as the loads, which act beyond the working surfaces of device and they usually have a thickness from 20 to 100 mm. the use of the proposed lining coating it makes it possible to increase the period of the operation of device, to decrease a number of repair work and a quantity of stoppages for the service servicing of technology. 2 z. of [p].[f]., 3 illustrations.
