PURPOSE : An adhesive composition and an optical member using thereof are provided to improve the heat resistance and flexibility of the composition, and to obtain the excellent re-working property and anti light leakage property when applying the composition to a polarizer.CONSTITUTION : An adhesive composition contains a hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylic polymer(A), an isocyanate hardener(B), and polycarbonate diol(C). The hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylic polymer is formed by polymerizing 99.5~80 parts of (meth)acrylic polymer by mass, 0.5~10 parts of hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylate monomer by mass, and 0~10 parts of other monomers by mass capable of copolymerizing with the (meth)acrylic polymer and the hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylate monomer.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
