A quick-hardening tile adhesive is provided to enable walking after passing 24 hours after tile construction, to exhibit high adhesive strength, to prevent the lifting and separation of tiles from impact, and to reduce construction period. A quick-hardening tile adhesive comprises 5~30 weight % white portland cement, 5~30 weight % 5~30 weight %, 30~50 weight % silica having a particle size of 60-100 mesh, 15~30 weight % 100~200 mesh silica, 0.3~1.5 weight % methyl cellulose, 1~5 weight % cellulose fiber, 3~10 weight % re-emulsion type powder resin, 3~10 weight % anhydrite, 0.1~0.5 weight % hardening retardant, 0.1~0.5 weight % hardening promoter and 0.1~0.5 weight % pH adjusting agent.
