The present invention provides a pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition, which improves waterproof performance, and a construction method for the same. According to the present invention, the pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition includes : 100 parts by weight of recycled asphalt; 250-1, 000 parts by weight of recycled aggregate of recycled asphalt; 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene (SIS); 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS); 0.1-50 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 1-10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 250-1, 000 parts by weight of new aggregate; 30-150 parts by weight of the fine aggregate powder; 0.1-2 parts by weight of cellulous fiber; and 0.001-1 parts by weight of charcoal powder. According to the present invention, the pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition, which improves the waterproof performance by including the recycled aggregate of recycled asphalt, SIS, SBS, and fine aggregate powder with an improved grain size, can be directly mixed, constructed, and compacted in a construction field. In addition, the pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition is easily transported and constructed. The pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition has excellent waterproof performance and good durability by including a high cohesive force and a high binding force. Moreover, the pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition prevents plastic deformation, aging, and/or stripping from easily occurring. The pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition is a PG 82-34 grade and prevents water from permeating and pot holes from being formed. The pavement type compaction gussasphalt concrete composition facilitates placement at low cost.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
