PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a structure for controlling termite easy for installation, excellent in stability, capable of blocking the invasion of termites from the surroundings of piping and/or the surrounding of a water drainage hole, from where the termites invade especially easily, without using a harmful chemical and also capable of controlling humidity under a floor. SOLUTION : The structure for controlling termite is produced by installing a clamp around piping and/or a water drainage hole passed through an earth floor structure under the floor of a construction, and piling silica gel in the clamp by a desired thickness to form the termite-controlling layer. The clamp is formed by preferably using a cylinder having a ≥14 cm inner diameter and a ≥3 cm height, and also the edge of ground-contacting surface of the clamp is preferably sealed.
