PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of mortar is provided to easily manufacture the mortar of the bulk using a chemical activity heat instead of a thermal curing method, and to reduce the construction time.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of mortar comprises the following steps : mixing soil, calcium oxide, and a by-product of sulfate heptahydrate(S1); curing the mixture to stabilize the reaction heat and moisture generated from a chemical activity of the mixture(S2); removing foreign materials and rubble include in the soil from the cured mixture(S3); crushing the mixture to broaden the surface area(S4); and mixing red mud sludge dried powder to improve the color of the soil, and calcium sulfate to the crushed mixture(S5). The soil, the calcium oxide and the by-product of the sulfate heptahydrate are mixed in a weight ratio of 100 : 10 : 1.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
