PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To secure suitable electric performance of an obtained electrode and adhesiveness for a substrate. SOLUTION : A conductive composition contains silver powder, nonlead glass power containing Bi2O3, B2O3, ZnO, and alkaline-earth metal oxide, and a vehicle made of an organic substance, and forms the electrode 13 which penetrates a silicon nitride layer 11 to be electrically connected to an n-type semiconductor layer 12. The composition contains 10 to 50% by mol of the alkaline-earth metal oxide. Preferably, the basicity of the glass powder is 0.3 to 0.8 and the transition point of glass is 300 to 450°C. More preferably, the composition contains 10 to 65% by mol of Bi2O3, 20 to 50% by mol of B2O3, and 0.1 to 50% by mol of ZnO. The alkaline-earth metal oxide may contain one or two kinds selected from a group of MgO, BaO, CaO, and SrO. COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
