Invention relates down the field of fiber optics and, in particular, to shaping of the billets of fiber light guides ([ZVS]), by precipitation from the gas phase. Before the claim is described high(ly)-aperture [ZVS] in the form of the multiple-shell structure, formed around the core from the quartz glass. The realization of the construction [ZVS] proposed will make it possible to increase the numerical aperture of fiber light guide ([VS]) to the values more than 0, 6, to increase its mechanical and radiation durability, to raise the level of the radiated powers transferred through the light guide it is more than 5 kW. This high(ly)-aperture multiple-shell [ZVS] and [VS], executed on the basis of quartz glass can be used both for the production power [VS], and before other applications, where the essential role plays the increased mechanical and radiation durability [VS], to be used before medicine (as the basic elements of probes and endoscopes), and also before the optical electronics, for example, for the conclusion of emission from the powerful semiconductor light-emitting diodes. However, the alloying of the core of this [ZVS] and, correspondingly, [VS] by rare-earth elements (erbium, ytterbium so forth), will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of pumping fiber lasers and amplifiers. The high aperture of declared [ZVS] is caused as far as arrangement between the core and the fluorinesilicate shell of the basic light-reflecting shell, executed in the form axisymmetric air- capillary structure, before which each capillary, prepared based on the quartz glass has points of contact with the core, the adjacent capillaries and with the fluorinesilicate shell, in this case the effective refractive index of the air- capillary light-reflecting shell is determined from the condition : 1, 1
