A plating device for flexible plate cable and a method of using thereof are provided to generally plate a contact terminal part by elasticity of earth metal fabric. A plating device for flexible plate cable comprises a plating processing part(20), a contact roller part(10a, 10b) installed in the plating processing part and a flexible plate cable which is discharged to the contact roller part from the contact roller part. The contact roller part includes an earth metal fabric(13a, 13b) surrounded by an outer circumference of contact roller(12a, 12b) and a contact terminal part earthed by elasticity of the earth metal fabric.
