PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To manufacture a rare-earth sintered magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics with a high yield by developing a technique by which the strength of a molded body can be improved without deteriorating the magnetic characteristics of the molded body. SOLUTION : The rare-earth sintered magnet is manufactured by sintering a raw material composed of fine alloy powder containing R (wherein, R is one, two, or more kinds of rare-earth elements including Y), T (wherein, T is one, two, or more kinds of transition metal elements containing Fe or Fe and Co as essential elements), and B. At the time of manufacturing the magnet, the fine alloy powder is molded by adding at least one kind of fine Al powder having a mean particle diameter of ≤300 nm, fine Cu powder having a mean particle diameter of ≤80 nm, and fine Ag powder having a mean particle diameter of ≤100 nm to the fine alloy powder, and the molded body is sintered.
