PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide rare earth-transition metal-nitrogen-based magnet powder free from flocculation among grains, maintaining excellent weatherability and having high magnetic properties, to provide a resin composition for a bond magnet containing the same, and to provide a bond magnet.
SOLUTION : Disclosed are : a method for producing rare earth-iron-nitrogen-based magnet powder in which, regarding a method where rare earth element-containing iron-based magnet alloy powder is pulverized in an organic solvent, so as to produce magnet powder, slurry containing magnet alloy powder pulverized and aggregated each other is fed to an atomization apparatus, the slurry is pressurized and press-fed and is fluidized at a high speed within the atomization apparatus, and the magnet alloy powder is de-aggregated by shear force generated in the liquid; rare earth-iron-nitrogen-based magnet powder obtained by the production method; a resin composition for a bond magnet essentially consisting of the rare earth-iron-nitrogen-based magnet powder and blended with a resin binder; and a bond magnet obtained by molding the resin composition for a bond magnet or the like.
