Multipurpose treated zeolite additive (I) to maximize the properties of fluid catalytic cracking process like maximizing the output of light olefins and liquefied petroleum gas and a tolerance with the contaminating metals such as vanadium; produced from microspheres; prepared by adding, mixing and drying in a pulverization drier of a nitric acid treated peptized alumina, clay, commercial or synthesized colloidal silica, a zeolite ZSM-5 and phosphoric acid, where the microsphere is calcined and impregnated with rare earth salts, is new.
