FIELD : engines and pumps. SUBSTANCE : invention relates to pump production and can be used in producing centrifugal pumps intended for extracting oil with high content of abrasive particles. Centrifugal pump stage part is fabricated by casting it in prefabricated mold. It is made from alloyed chromium steel. Note here that, prior to casting into mold for rear wheel and impeller vanes and guide vanes, silicon-free foundry alloy based on rare-earth metals and nickel is added to steel melt at the rate of 0.03 to 0.05% of melt weight.
