Spherical carbide cast iron material comprises iron as main component and contains 0.6-4.0 % carbon and 4-15 % vanadium as necessary components, 0.01-0.15 % phosphorus, 0.01-0.05 % sulfur, 0.05-1.0 % aluminum and 0.01-0.2 % magnesium as gas (hydrogen) bubble auxiliary aid, and 0.2-4.5 % silicon, 13-30 % chromium, 0.2-3.0 % manganese and 4-15 % nickel and/or cobalt as anticorrosion matrix former. Tiny spherical chambers of gas (hydrogen) bubbles are uniformly distributed into the molten metal whilst melting at 1673-1973 K and spherical vanadium carbide with a covalent bond is crystallized within the spherical chambers. Preferred Features : The spherical carbide cast iron material comprises iron as the main component and contains 0.6-4.0 % carbon (C) and 4-15 % vanadium (V) as necessary components, 0.01-0.15 % phosphorus (P), 0.01-0.05 % sulfur (S), 0.05-1.0 % aluminum (Al) and 0.01-0.2 % magnesium (Mg) as gas (hydrogen) bubble auxiliary aid, 0.1-1.5 % alloying elements of calcium (Ca), barium (Ba), strontium (Sr) and rare earth metals as gas (hydrogen) bubble stabilizer, and 0.2-4.5 % silicon (Si), 13-30 5 chromium (Cr), 0.2-3.0 % manganese (Mn) and 4-15 % nickel (Ni) and/or cobalt (Co) as anticorrosion matrix former.
