PURPOSE : A method for preparing oxide-based nanophosphors is provided to synthesize an oxide-based nano phosphor with uniform particle size distribution and prepare Zn2SiO4 thereby. CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing oxide-based nanophosphors comprises a step of mixing an oleic acid solution in which the rare earth materials precursor is dissolved with an organic solvent and then heat-treating them. The solvent is two or more selected from the group consisting of oleic acid, trioctylphosphine oxide, benzyl ether, hexadecandiol, octadecene, phenyl ether, octadecylamine and oleoylamine. The oxide-based nanophosphor is represented by chemical formula of MO : Ln and M is selected from the group consisting of Y, Gd, Zn, Si, B, Al and Ga.
