PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a more effective small-sized motor by improving maximum electromagnetic field generated a magnet formed by an extrusion molding or a compression molding. SOLUTION : Linkage elements between a binder and a molding processing are reviewed to attain a rare earth bonded magnet from a film to a sheet in a new mode and a small-sized high-performance permanent magnet motor by utilizing the rare earth bonded magnet.
