PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a recyclable earth-retaining material while constituting an indoor side temporary frame to be self-supportable in constructing a temporary frame of a basement. SOLUTION : A construction method using recyclable steel members while improving work efficiency by the use of a large indoor space of the basement is provided by connecting H-shape steel for waling to the temporary frame on the basement side, and supporting the temporary frame on the basement side by independent steel members while maintaining a constant space between the temporary frame on the basement side and the earth retaining material.
