PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin bonded magnet composition that is excellent in flowability and moldability during low-temperature melding, its manufacturing method, and an injection molding that is excellent in magnetic properties, recyclability, and mechanical strength such as rigidity. SOLUTION : A composition for injection molding is configured as follows. Active carbon (C) is added to rare-earth transition metal alloy powder (A), including rare-earth elements and transition metals, and a polyphenylene-sulfide resin (B), and further, they are kneaded. A crystallization temperature Tc2β of the polyphenylene-sulfide resin (B) in the composition for injection molding is 170-220°C. A manufacturing method of the composition for injection molding is configured as follows. The rare-earth transition metal alloy powder (A) and the polyphenylene-sulfide resin (B) are mixed with each other. At first, the mixture is heated to a temperature of 280-360°C. Kneading is continuously executed so as to gradually reduce kneading torque. When a crystallization temperature Tc2α of the polyphenylene-sulfide resin (B) reaches 170-220°C, the active carbon (C) is added to the kneaded product. Continuously, the kneaded product with active carbon is heated to a temperature of 230-360°C and it is further kneaded. Consequently, the crystallization temperature Tc2β of the polyphenylene-sulfide resin (B) is maintained at 170-220°C. COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
