PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet composition with good molding stability, and to provide an injection-molded product using the same, which is excellent in machanical strength (extraction strength) at high temperatures.
SOLUTION : A composition for rare earth bond magnet includes a rare earth-transition metal-based magnet particle and a polyphenylene-sulfide resin, wherein an amount of NO radical is measured at 50°C and room temperature by an electron spin resonance device by putting the rare earth-transition metal-based magnet particle into an aqueous solution of TEMPOL, and an amount of radical of the rare earth-transition metal-based magnet particle calculated from the difference with the measured amount of NO radical is ≤75%. An injection-molded product is obtained by injecting the rare earth bond magnet composition at a nozzle temperature of 230-350°C using an injection molding machine for inject molding.
