PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an R-Fe-B-based magnet powder for giving an improved fluidity to a compound to be injection-molded. SOLUTION : The rare-earth magnet powder is produced by mixing the first R-Fe-B-based magnet powder of which the 50% mass particle size (D50 : a particle size when a total mass multiplied in order from a smaller particle size reaches 50% of the mass of all particles) is 40 μm to 100 μm, with the second R-Fe-B-based magnet powder of which the 50% mass particle size (D50) is 5 μm to 20 μm, and the 90% mass particle size (D90 : the particle size when the total mass multiplied in order from a smaller particle size reaches 90% of the mass of the all particles) is 30 μm or smaller, wherein the second R-Fe-B-based magnet powder occupies 5 mass% to 40 mass% of the total mass, includes at least one hard magnetic phase and at least one soft magnetic phase, and is a Ti-containing nanocomposite magnet powder showing magnetic isotropy.
