PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the probvlems of global warming and ozone layer depletion. SOLUTION : Water is decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen by electrolyzing saline water to absorb heat. Ultimately, the oxygen generated is utilized to help restore the ozonosphere, while a part of the hydrogen generated is utilized as new energy, and the remainder is stored.
