SOLUTION : the wind supply pump, a housing 10, a turntable 20, impeller 30, guide vanes 40, connecting rod unit 50, is provided with a plurality of expansion pipe 60, the turntable 20 installed in a top part of the housing 10, the impeller 30 and guide vanes 40, are provided symmetrically on both sides of the turntable 20, the impeller 30, and one end thereof by a connecting rod unit 50 is connected to power, the rotation of the wind impeller 30 and interlocked, reciprocates in the expansion pipe 60 to expansion and contraction, expansion pipe 60 by utilizing the change of volume of water resources.
